1. About the Product

I Am Work Ready is a digital training package designed for secondary schools to deliver work experience health and safety preparation to students. The package includes:

• 5 teaching modules (teacher presentations and scripts)
• Student handouts and activity sheets
• Multiple-choice quizzes with answer keys
• Student completion certificates

All materials are delivered as downloadable digital files (PDF and/or editable formats) via a link sent to your email address after purchase.

2. Who We Are

I Am Work Ready is a product of Ahoy! Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: hello@i-am-work-ready.co.uk

3. Licence Terms

When you purchase I Am Work Ready, you receive a licence to use the materials under the following terms:

• Single school licence — one purchase covers one school site
• Unlimited students — you may use the materials with as many students as you like at your licensed school
• Perpetual licence — your licence does not expire; you keep access to the version you purchased
• Non-transferable — you may not transfer the licence to another school or organisation
• No redistribution — you may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the materials to other schools or third parties

You may print and use the materials freely within your licensed school. Teachers may adapt materials for their own use within the school, but adaptations remain subject to these licence terms.

4. Download Access

After purchase, you will receive an email containing a secure download link. This link is subject to the following restrictions:

• Time limit: Your download link expires 30 days after purchase
• Download limit: Each purchase allows up to 5 downloads
• Email verification: Downloads require the email address used at checkout

These limits are in place to protect against unauthorised distribution. If you need additional downloads after your link expires or your download limit is reached, contact us at hello@i-am-work-ready.co.uk and we will verify your purchase and issue a new link.

We recommend downloading the materials promptly and keeping a backup copy. Once downloaded, the files are yours to keep and use in accordance with the licence terms.

5. Refund Policy

However, we want you to be satisfied. We will provide a full refund if:

• The download link is defective and we are unable to fix it within 5 working days
• The materials are materially different from their description on the website
• You contact us within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed the download

To request a refund, email hello@i-am-work-ready.co.uk with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the I Am Work Ready package — including text, graphics, layouts, module content, and certificate designs — is the intellectual property of Ahoy! Ltd and is protected by copyright law.

Your purchase grants you a licence to use the materials as described in Section 3. It does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Accuracy of Content

We make every effort to ensure the health and safety content within I Am Work Ready is accurate and up to date with current UK legislation and guidance. However:

• The materials are general educational resources, not professional legal advice
• Schools remain responsible for ensuring their work experience programmes meet all applicable legal requirements
• We recommend reviewing materials against current HSE guidance

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahoy! Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the materials, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or any claim by a third party.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that applied at the time of your purchase will continue to govern your licence. We will post updated terms on this page with a new "last updated" date.
